5 Tough Interview Questions

What interviewer wants from you?

The candidate usually thinks that interviewers try to put them under pressure by asking weird questions. But this is not what they think. When the interviewer asks weird questions to their candidates, it merely means that they are to determine the candidate's quality. They check whether the candidate is capable of self-analysis and handling difficult situations or not. Here are five quick tips for all candidates to get success in the interview.

Tip One – State the weak point of the skill

This is an effective strategy, and you must try it. Answer the weakness question by presenting a skill. For instance, answer like "I am very dedicated to customer services. But sometimes it forces me to spend quite a bit with my customers. At times this job limits me to perform in other areas."

Tip Two – Share only that weakness which you are trying to overcome

This strategy shows your willingness and dedication to your self. It shows that how much concerned you are to improve your weaknesses. You are not comfortable at public speaking, but you have joined a public speaking group to overcome your weakness. Share this weakness and your effort with your interviewers.

Tip Three – Share a weakness that doesn't count in your job

This strategy is best over the previous two strategies. Share your any weakness that has nothing to do with the job you are applying for. You can easily skip the tricky question of interviewer without a leaving a doubt of your inability to fulfill the job in their mind. For instance, if you are bad at dancing, tell them, "I cannot dance," etc. You can also add quick humor to the severe environment of the interview.

Tip Four – remember, you are not perfect.

Bear in mind that nobody is perfect and everybody has some weaknesses, so you are not exempted from it. Sometimes candidates try to be over-efficient, and they refuse to have any weakness. By doing so, you are just showing your arrogance.

Tip Five – Avoid common answers

This will make you insincere in front of your interviewers. You should avoid giving common or canned answers like "I am a perfectionist." If you are a perfectionist, then use some other words to say the same thing.

All the strategies mentioned above can help candidates to answer about their weaknesses. Make sure you are well prepared before giving an interview for jobs in Jaipur.
